Formerly a primary school teacher, Pamela suffered from CFS for 8 years before being treated by Mickel Therapy. She has now trained in the therapy and offers it in Orkney and Caithness. She enjoys swimming, running and going to the gym after indulging in her favourite delicacies - red wine and chocolate!
