Everyone’s starting point is different—and that’s okay.
Most clients benefit from some individual guidance while learning the Mickel Therapy® process. Others feel comfortable beginning independently. Both routes contain the complete Core Course—the difference is the level of personal support included from the beginning.
Choose the route that feels right for you now. You can always add further support later.
Guided Core Course
£595 — course plus three sessions
If you feel that some individual guidance would help, the Guided route gives you lifelong access to the complete Core Course together with three sessions from one of our team coaches.
After purchase, we’ll ask you to complete a short intake form. We’ll then introduce you to the coach who best fits your needs, language and time zone, while taking current availability into account. Your three sessions can be used at the points that feel most helpful within nine months.
Self-Directed Core Course
£295 — lifelong course access
If it feels right to begin at your own pace, Self-Directed gives you lifelong access to the same complete Core Course without private sessions included.
You may already have suitable support, prefer to learn independently or simply want the most affordable place to begin. If you later feel that a conversation would help, you can add a team-coach session for £110 at any stage.
Not sure which route feels right?
You can begin Self-Directed and add coaching later, or choose Guided from the outset if you already know that some personal support would help.
A limited number of free 20-minute conversations are available, but you do not need to wait for one before beginning.
